By accessing and using RocketPen ("the Service"), operated by Digisymphony (Sole Proprietor), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

1.2 Service Description

RocketPen provides the following AI-powered design features:

• Text-to-Design Generation: Generate UI design drafts based on DesignTokens through text descriptions
• Website-to-Design File Conversion: Convert any website into editable Figma design files
• DesignToken Support: Variables definition with visual DesignToken output
• Quick Chart Generation: Support for bar charts, line charts, pie charts, radar charts, etc.
• Precise Content Generation: Generate corresponding content through text descriptions within specified Frames
• Precise Resource Import: Import icons, images and other resources through text descriptions

1.3 User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
• You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the Service
• You understand that the Service is currently in active development and features may change

1.4 Intellectual Property

All designs generated through RocketPen belong to you. However, the underlying AI models, algorithms, and software remain the intellectual property of RocketPen.

2. Privacy Policy

2.1 Data Collection

RocketPen operates on a privacy-first principle:

• No Personal Data Storage: We do not collect, store, or retain any personal information
• No Design File Storage: All generated design files remain on your local device
• Limited Processing Data: Only DesignTokens (design variables) are temporarily processed to generate designs
• No Tracking: We do not use cookies or tracking technologies to monitor user behavior

2.2 Data Processing

When you use RocketPen:

• Text descriptions and DesignTokens are processed temporarily to generate designs
• Processing occurs in real-time and data is not retained after generation
• No logs or records of your design requests are maintained
• All communication is encrypted during transmission

2.3 Third-Party Services

RocketPen may use third-party AI services for design generation. These services only receive anonymized design specifications and do not have access to any identifying information.

2.4 Data Security

While we don't store your data, we implement industry-standard security measures during the brief processing period to protect your information from unauthorized access.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• You request a refund within 3 days (72 hours) of your initial purchase
• You have not violated our Terms of Service
• You provide a valid reason for the refund request

3.2 Refund Process

1. Contact our support team within the 3-day window
2. Provide your purchase details and reason for refund
3. Our team will process your request within 2-3 business days
4. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

3.3 Refund Timeline

• Request processing: 2-3 business days
• Refund to payment method: 5-10 business days (depending on your payment provider)

3.4 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be available in cases of:

• Requests made after the 3-day window
• Violation of Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or duplicate refund requests

RocketPen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice to users.
